well if a cop sees you shooting a flame thrower you are quite screwed
about 3-6 months in a detention center/ jail... and your nabours will only complain if you shoot something of theres ie. the old woman across the streets cat that comes over and scratches at your window. so just don't shoot in your front yard shoot it in your back yard
