The gas already has oil in it, unless I'm gravely mistaken.

Oil is put in if you dn't have access to proper green gas.

The tank he's using is just clean coleman propane, without additions. In that case you should add some silicone.

yep if you stop at 23secs you can see it only says propane not green gas

Just an update,I just put some thin plastic shims under the top mag seal and the power on this thing has improved a little but it still spits out 2-3 bb at a time?!.

even when loading the first shot in( pulling the slide) one will drop out the barrel?............

maybe the mag retainer things(that hold bbs in not that mag to the gun) are worn or the spring in the mag was replaced with a stronger one.
