ok well this is my new project. ive been working on it for about a 2-3 days now, so far ive got the barrell the bolt the stock and primary and secondary ammo. the pictures below show my progress and what ive done so far. the barrell is the longer piece of brake line and the shorter one it the bolt (not yet installed) but the bolt fits perfectly in the barrell as a picture below shows. the 12 gram filler is how i will be powering this gun. i was gonna use a safety pop off as the valve but im not sure if i am or not the pop off in the picture is the one i was gonna use i drilled 2 more holes in it so it has a total of 4 holes for maximum air flow.

my original design was just that co2 tank the pop off and the barrell id fill the co2 tank up to around 200 250 psi and the pop off would open shooting out the projectile, but then i decided a more realistic one would be cooler.
theres also a pic of the ammo below the brass bullet type things are the primary ammo and the ginger pill filled with the shot from a shotgun shell is secondary ammo.

i still dunno what type of valve i am going to use so any sugestions on that would be great.

Interestin' brass bullet things.

Unless you can spin or stabilise them somehow they'll tumble on firing though.

Ps. Those pictures are enourmous, 2816 x 2112 takes even broadband a while. They get scaled down to much smaller by spudfiles but a viewer still has to wait for the unscaled file to download.

yea ive shot them threw cardboard an they always go threw sideways. i was thinking of making the hole in the back bigger an filling them with lead or something.

Well, if you wanted to keep it realistic, the best thing to do is probably go with a small Piston valve that can fit in the body of your gun.

yea thats what i was thinking. like a small copper barrell sealer.

It would probably get you better performance than a sprinkler valve anyway.

oh i had no intentions on using a sprinkler.

er... I wanted to see it, but I would have to keep my browser open for over an hour for all the pictures to load. Any chance you can use the thumbnail links?

yea i will. i have a bit of a question/problem. more of a question cause either way ill figure it out but yea. anyway m making this gun a bolt action and i need a good way to the the bolt "slide" into the side of the barrell. heres some pics of the barrell and the bolt i guess is what it is,.

Looks nice, I'm working on olmostly the same same gun. Only the ammo is different(BB's).
