this was my first attempt at a piston in a tee, and it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. the piston is 2'' dia. washers with an o-ring all on a 1/4'' thredded rod. My pilot valve is a 3/4'' sprinkler valve, recycled from an old sprinkler system, can you say "free-bie" At 80psi it will launch a gb 400 yards, in other words, it pwns sprinkler valves. it is 1-1/4'' port because it was nervous that if i went 1-1/2'' i wouldn't be able to get my piston to actuate. well here are some pics.

Looks good. Thats some pretty impressive results too :D
Only suggestion: Perhaps paint it if you want to, but it still looks cool enough

Looks great, Nice and simple, very clean., makes me want to go up to my garage and shoot my 2" barrel sealer :P

Why have a nice, clean, o-ringed piston when you can use a <A HREF="http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/how-to- ... >Deodorant can</a>
