ok i dunno if this is been thought up before cause i sure haunt seen it used in any guns on here. but heres the main concept its just like a regular barrel sealer just the ports are switched around. heres a pictures i just drew up. it could be used as a barrel sealer or chamber sealer. what do you think would be best? im trying to make this to use on my inline gold ball gun so thats why im not using a regular style piston valve.. pic
tell me what you think.. of the idea not the pic.

That's called a sprinkler valve! I've made a couple diaphragm valves that way, a piston would just be more bulky and hinder performance further.

lol. surely you have somthing better to do with gold balls
anyway: pyromaniac and i had this idea a while back, but it was too bulky to be usefull.

that would work, but the piston has to be long enough to slide easily, so a diaphragm would be a better way to go. following the sprinkler valve design, you could use a diaphragm with a solid center and something flexible around it. i'd say go for it and see what happens, if someone can perfect this sort of valve it would be great.

To me it seams a good solution to a two-inch sprinkler but then you have all the trouble shooting involved.
