Buying from U.S. Plastics?

Does anyone know if US Plastics are a safe company to buy PVC from? I know it's kinda a wierd question to ask, but I don't feel safe buying stuff that has the capability to ASPLODE on me from an untrusted or unreccommended source...
If anyone has bought something from them before, it would put my mind at rest =).
