Chamber - 600mL saxbys soft drink bottle
Barrel - 1 foot of 1cm copper (i think its 1cm)
Valve - slightly leaky metal ball valve (don't know the size)
Fill Valve - pop in rubber schrader valve sealed with high strength epoxy
I build this gun in half an hour with around $15, It is acaually broken right know and i really don't see the point in fixing it. The primary ammo
was AAA batterys fired at around 100psi, they shot quite well and could clear my street.

With the barrel

Without the barrel

The ammo - AAA battery
The target - 3 tiles clamped to a brick
Distance - 5 meters

The damage

very very ghetto...
Now time for a sprinkler valve for a good amount of power.Ball valves really are crappy they dont give you much power unless spring loaded in my opinion a burst disc would seem more ghetto anyway.

i think a sprinkler valve would be a bit of an overkill on a ghetto

Hey metal ball valves are awesome and they open easily. PVC ball valves suck.

oh okay thx a lot they work now i love it really gehtto and simple.
I might watch out with 100 psi on that bottle. forgot what the pressures on them were i think someone tested it before. if its a coke bottle its probably fine because those are made thicker than other bottles so they can stand the pressore of shaken up coke

yeah i was gonna get a pvc valve but they were really REALLY stiff so i brought a metal one instead the only problem it leaks a bit arund the edge inside the valve even know i put some epoxy on it.
Leaks where the
red is.

get a small o ring and cram it down in there when you do that put a light emont of epoxy on it and it should be fine

thats why i love it the gun is so wercked and destroyed. also if you make anothe one like it not worth a guage. but i would sugest uf your making one like it use cpvcso you can shoot paintballs. i forgot the size of the cpvc i think its in the wiki.
SCC rules (society of crappy cannons) dumb idea just had to post it
