Took a video today of me shooting a golfball at a watermelon and a pumpkin with my SG-V Golfball Gun at about 70psi from 10yards away.

Enjoy!

You trying to learn it by music notes or tabs?

There's a how-to video on youtube and my brother plays so he'll help me out. It's just a bunch of different chords and some strumming techniques by the looks, nothing too insane :P

Good luck to you, although starting off on Sabbath stuff is going to be tough, might I suggest some Megadeth?

It's Ozzy not Sabbath

Though I would say learning stuff Randy Rhoads has written of Tony Iommi's stuff would probably be a bit more difficult :P

I'm not into Megadeth much, maybe back in my hardcore Maiden days I wouldn've been, but they're a bit 'weak' sounding, I don't listen to anything much lighter than Iron Maiden

I agree, Megadeth can get a bit whiny at times and thats when I switch it over to Slayer. :P

Hey i think i have just figured out what kind of gun i will be making over the christmas break :D
The damage to the watermelon is bloody awesome!

Why only 60 psi, 115 would have obliterated that sucker even further :P

70psi*

Because I didn't feel like having the golfball go through and through, into my fence, bounce back and give me a good story to tell the kids at school about :D

More or less it wasn't necassary, but if I manage to slip a watermelon on my mum's credit card at the supermarket again i'll crank it up to 115psi just for you Nova

They cost like $16NZD here, which is about $12USD

$12 for a melon  ?? I would prob find a new type of target if I were you...

but then again, the carnage from ripping up a melon is auxilerating!

Very nice video. The slow motion footage of the watermelon exploding when it gets hit is so cool :D
