Okay my first Question is if a 1in sprinkler is enough to pilot 2 3ft long 2in wide chambers if not I will use duel sprinkler valves. Next is DWV copper Okay to use at 100 psi. And next what is a good ratio for a hybrid or is it just the longer the barrel the better. And lastly is there a bumper for a 2in piston valve that you would recommend.
umm what do you mean by the sprinkler piloting?? will it be piloting another sprinkler? or are u just talkign about the valve.
yes dwv copper is fine to 100psi. prolly fine til 200psi
hybrid ratio is like .2:1
anything that is soft will work as a bumper, as of now, i've seen alot of people use the pool noodle as a bumper.

It will be the main valve for the gun.
Great I will make a copper gun
That is one long barrel I think Ill do something like .5:1
Pool noodle is a good idea Ill try that

2. It probably will hold, I wouldn't take it past 120psi though, just give it a nice safety factor.
3. Longer the barrel the better in most cases, when you get past 10m I doubt it will have much effect. Though you will need to find out what the ratio is for volume of the chamber and barrel.
Because you don't want a tiny chamber for a 2" barrel 10' long.
I'm sure DYI will answer that for you.
4. Anything you can find in your garage really, or around the house.
You can have a look at my 2" piston here, it has pictures of the piston and how to make one for a 2" tee.
Hope that helped.
Edit:
1. Thought you meant as a pilot valve.
No, it will restrict a lot of flow, i'd recommend a 2" piston over dual sprinklers but do as you please.

I think Ill just spend the extra bucks on pressure rated copper. And for the sprinkler valve thing will duel valves increase performace that much.I just tryed the pool noodle thing for the bumper and it worked great

My Barrel will be 1.5in SDR21.I do have a 2in piston leftover from one of my guns that had a big fat leak in it so I guess I could use that for the gun instead of duel sprinklers
