This is my triggered burst disc cannon it is using 1.5 in pvc for the main tank and 3/4 in for the barrel. The thing is awwwwwsomme a large improvement over my sprinkler valve gun (it had the same tank and a longer barrel) and its loud! and thats good.Whats some good ammo for 3/4 in sch40 pvc? so i can get some good damage tommorow

how is it a "triggered" bust disk? do you just open the valve?
nice. you did a fair job with the paint. i suggest a barrel support.

Nice, especially the paint job!
Some good ammo for .75" is paintballs, marbles, and ice slugs.

The valve will only have opened a small fraction before the disk bursts. This is more like a ball valve than a triggered burst disk. Also, when you say loud, do you mean loud inside, or loud outside? Because the MBDC with the same barrel size is quiet even at 500 psi.
Great paintjob though

you can use a blow gun and tap it in your gun and connect it to an aircompressor or orther airsource like DYI 's MDBC gun and my gun

Might that depend on the pressure which the burst disk bursts? If he has a burst disk that breaks at 25 PSI, and he has the thing pressurized to 100 PSI, it will be essentially a ball valve. But if the burst disk breaks at 100 PSI, and its pressurized to 100 PSI... then it will probably be a good deal better than the ball valve... but still, a plain old burst disk without the ball valve would be the best by far.
I've always been interested in a burst disk to follow a primary valve... though, it makes it very inconvenient, for you get the annoying-ness of the burst disk combined with the restricted flow of the primary valve... and only for slightly better performance of the main valve.
Almost forgot: Nice cannon.

Ok so fill it just before the disc bursts the open up the blowgun?

tap in a blow gun to you gun ok? then connect that blow gun to your air compressor you air compressor has like 100 psi right? then when you press the blow gun the pressure fills your chamber till its burst , its just like pumping it till it blows but much faster and efficient.

Just figure out the best number of layers of foil to get it to burst just before the pressure you have filled to. Like rmich said.
That way you get near maximum flow.
