ok this is the first time i have tried to post one of my guns so dont get grumpy if it doesnt work. anyway this is it. the barrel is copper pipe sleved in 20mm pvc. the bolt is the 20mm pipe in a 25mm piece with a shaven reducer at one end and another something at the other conecting it to the valve.

the stocked is blocked off with a small disc of pvc which i flattened in the oven. yep the valve is a solenoid one and it took me ages to figure out how to mod it

in the future im gonna put in a barrel support ( it really needs one ) and something to cover the end of the barrel where the copper is sticking out

i got the idea of the bolt from there but i simplified it so yer but the barrel is actually that copper pipe

its leaking out the valve into the barrel which is really annoying and i had heaps of trouble modding it so i may have screwed something up can you suggest some reasons why it could be leaking anyway?

What pressures is it leaking at?

it may require around 10psi to seal well.

Are you using a bike pump? They can sometimes be tricky to seal with a bike pupm if you have a big chamber or don't pump fast enough.

The diaphragm may of got some dust or pieces of plastic on it when you modded it, make sure it's clean.

You have taken the solenoid out and haven't expoxied the hole up.

That's all I can think of for now.

yer the gun actually works and i run it at 60psi but when i did mod it it copped a fair hiding cos it didnt work the first time and then i played round with it a bit and eventually got it working after drilling then filling multiple holes but i think i found the problem now.

Now that the pics are upladed, WICKED! Reminds me of Mr. Russ's pneumatic (the stock, the whole layout etc) Wicked, love the bolt action, damage pics? and are you aussie by any chance?

Only good thing about Aussie, my parents are considering living there for 6months to see how it is, while me and my brother 'look after' the house in NZ
