ASCO valve cannon design (UPDATED)

Well here it is, my design

I went with an all metal design because it will go well with the aluminum valve. The design is pretty much self explanatory. the design leaves out the barrel because i have yet to decide what size to use. I want to fire the 1/2" ball bearings found on mcmaster. Does anyone know what size copper barrel these fit in?

Feel free to leave any and all comments criticisms and complaints. There may be design changes based on these

UPDATE: I have changed several things on the design including an elbow on the back for a better stock. I also added in the barrel, which will be 5/8" copper, for 1/2" steel ball bearings. It should be a pretty tight fit since the id of the pipe is .027" bigger than the ammo. The piping used has been changed to 2" galvanized from 1.5" for more volume

looks good but you could add another 90* elbow on the end and some more pipe to get a bigger chamber and a better stock.

Since most blowguns are 1/4 inch npt, you will have to mount your blowgun on the other pilot opening, unless ofcourse you use different brass fittings to get to different sizes. I know, i bout 2 of them :)

This brings me too another question, how are you going to block the other pilot hole?

One pilot hole
One vent hole for pilot

So i dont understand, do you use the "vent hole for pilot" to pilot to main diaphragm?

EDIT: Disregard this question for i have been enlightened.

@ALIHISGREAT
good idea. i'll probably do that

@LikimysCrotchus5
that confused me at first too. What are you doing with your 2?

How would i GGDT this valve? Do i put it in as a chamber sealing valve since there is no diaphram valve option? Because i'd like to see what kind of power i'll get before i build
