My first compact T valve

Finally got around to making the kind of T valve that has bolts/o-rings instead of a female adapter and plug and all that.

Specs:
1" tee
3/4" plug tapped with 1/4" NPT for pilot/fill
~14" long 1" chamber
~3ft .5" barrel
Pilot: 1/4" ball valve
Fill: schrader valve.
O-rings and teflon tape on all bolts to seal them
o-ring on the 3/4" plug
o-ringed piston

I'll have more detailed pics and a vid or two to come. Still gotta make a 200psi pump for this, a slide valve for the pilot, (maybe bolt action) and epoxy on a new sealing face as this one leaks ever so slightly.

Very nice job. A suggestion for the next one though: Try countersinking the parts. Sgort does a good job of it on his valves, here. All you do is grind down the hex to the same OD as the bushing, and trim an amount the same height as the hex off the back of the bushing, and solvent weld into place.

to continue with markfh11q's suggestion, put your bushing in backwards. this will lower your pilot volume and your nuts(if you use nuts) will easily be accessible.
