hey i starting get bored of shooting and no tweaking so i am going to post a bunch of pics and stuff like that to explain all detail of the valve.
so i was hoping someone could come up with something i can do to get it better and faster :- )

thanks for music rag xD

any questions and suggestions are well welcome

well hear we go;)

I just realized now that that is some big diameter copper tubing. Looks good...

You just have to love copper. Seems as though it works quite well.

You wrote that the piston moves 1 inch, you could shorten that. Popular opinion is that the piston should move 1/4 of barrel id.(some do like a little bit more than this)

I also did not see any type of seal on the pilot side of your piston.

Reducing piston travel and adding a seal will both go a long way toward reducing piloted volume. Piloted volume includes the air that leaks past your piston while it is in motion.

Some people just use an over-sized piloting valve to compensate for this added flow. Anything you do to reduce this volume (assuming you use the same pilot valve) is going to increase the pistons average acceleration and thus reduce opening time.

the "seal" on the pilot side is the washer(?) the bolt have a perfect fit in it. before there was like 5mm clearing on each side of it now it is probably 0.5 :- )

i was thinking of some really tight pull springs that gives the piston a boost backwards on trigging. or is it to fast for the springs i think so bechause pneumatic is the fastest way to open a valve :D

You mentioned that the washer was soldered in place, therefore I assumed it is steel and not forming an air tight seal.

If you have something that already works, to improve it you must look at the small things. :)

Yeah, I would leave the springs for someone that does not know better. :D
