[8mm gun] Damage Pics! Finally!

Well lads, I thought Id finally post some damage pics of the 8mm "The Last Gun"
I made myself some nail darts with a string tail, I found this groovy way of tieing it on, surprisingly its perfectly straight. To keep it straight, I use hair gel and hair spray, works a treat
The shot was done at 160psi from roughly 5m away.

Very nice. Would it be too much to ask you to show us this "groovy" way of tying the string?

Haha it's hard to explain over writing....Hmm............I just use 2 separate pieces of string and tie them one at a time with the knot on the side of the grinded nail head. After thats done, tie both together above the nail head, that locks it all in tightly and evenly. After all this is done, it makes a nice even circle so not a whole lot of air rushes past the head.

20cent piece?Whats the Diameter and thickness of an american quarter so we can find a coin that is relatively close.I might give the coin challenge a go.

Diameter of an american quarter is 24.26mm as for the thickness im not sure...

how far away from the target can you be and have the nail remain straight? I assume if it stays straight out to 5 meters it must continue on in a straight path. Is that what the string is for, to keep it straight?
