This is kind of a noobish question. I know it says that blow guns are only rated to 90psi (on the package), but what is the maximum psi you can take it to before performance failure? I've personally taken it to 140 psi without any problems but would like to know before i take it any higher.

Also, are there modifications you can make to increase the maximum psi the blowgun can withstand?.....like, say to 200, or maybe 250 psi?

thanks in advance,
sthorne

I would say that a normal blowgun would be able to withstand 200 PSI, I've taken them that high before. They just say that you shouldn't use them above 90 PSI because they are meant for blowing sawdust and stuff like that, so it wouldn't be safe to have really high velocity sawdust flying around a shop.
