by RDX,
(I`m not very good at english, but i hope you understand what I try to say.)
I`m making a high pressure air rifle

and its going to be using co2. I`m going to but lot of money to build this gun well and thats why I need some help on the valve, I want it to be good, I mean really good 8)
I know how hammer valves work, but i need some good design, there are so many different designs that I don't know wich one to make..
I hope JSR
or some body else could help me design very strong hammer valve for 10-20mm caliber that could handle unregulated co2..
and I can use lathe and mills, so making the valve is not a problem.

Have a look
here, there are full working drawings available

the design is for an automatic but it should be easily adaptable to single shot if that's that you want - plus it's designed for HPA so it can definitely handle unregulated CO2

The hammer valve for my co-ax has been tested to 6000psi. It might provide some ideas for you.

by RDX,
JSR I want single shot 8) and at page 20..is the space between firing valve spring guide and firing valve seat the "chamber" used to launch the projectile
Caselman... thats very nice AMG, I have always wanted to make one like it to my self but I never have time to machine all the parts needed to it, I think I need to buy my own lathe and mill. lol
btw...
I`m finishing my Hp golf ball cannon now, and after that I start to make this rifle,it is going to be old style rifle and made so that it looks like real gun.

and maybe I even get rifled barrel for it
I will post picks of the Hp GB cannon soon..

I hope you get it ready soon, I want to see it in action
and I´m going to make my valve with the caselman plans..but thanks for the link.

Ready made CO2 rated, I'm sure it'd be easy enough to configure into a rifle.
VOILA

That could work for something but not for my rifle, my rifle caliber will be 10-20mm and I want it to be powerful, and that valve doesn't have enough flow
