CO2 hookup

Hi all

After making my first muzzleloading, PVC, pneumatic sprinkler valve, bike pump/schrader valve spud gun, I am looking to move on to a faster ROF design. I am thinking a bolt action copper design powered by a 5 lb CO2 canister.
My question is, how do I get the CO2 regulator to interface with the copper pressure chamber behind the firing valve? In other words, what kind of parts will I need to form an airtight joint between the regulator out and copper pipe?

Thanks

There are many ways, female, male fittings, nipples, compression fittings.

Thats why I said there are many ways, I just listed some. To get a qc on the copper pipe he would still need to solder or epoxy it on the pipe so wouldn't it be cheaper to have a female and male reducer(assuming its 3/4 or below copper pipe)

Yeah but once he got it hooked up a qc is nice to have, but then I shoot rockets not spuds.
