my air cannon keeps leaking plz help

i have a fire extinguisher and its just a bit bigger then 1/2 inch and it keeps leaking i put lost of PTFE tape and still leaks at around 100 psi can eny1 plz help me ?

Just a question.. did you actually thread it on? Or did you just put the tape on and then pushed the extinguisher on?

it will hold that sucker on ther NICE and solid without any leaks.

But yeah, that should work. I'd smear JB weld on the threads myself.

EPOXY RESIN is that just a 2 part glue?
and yer it threads on but it moves around a bit

Epoxy is effectively a 2-part glue (and is considerably stronger than most other glues), and would probably be your best bet. JB Weld is the best stuff to use.

If the chamber is moving around that is bad! Use the epoxy. When I did my extinguisher I smeared the pipe fitting and the threads on the extinguisher. No leaks and that dog ain't coming out no how.

If I were you ,I would have someone weld a reducer on it that has npt threads. You could also try to find a steel or aluminun oxygen tank and have the threads recut so they will be npt or have some welded on..
