High pressure pen gun MK1

It's a pen sized piston valved pengun from hell.. atleast.. it's going to be.
The pressure test at 8 bar showed no leaks.
Up that pressure 10 times.. and that's what I am going to try it at next. when my pump is finished.
I might even go all the way up to 200 bars.. since this can easilly hold that.
Well is it any good to even use a piston at such high pressures?

you should use a machined piston that is as light as possible.

BUMP!
I finished the checkvalve for my high pressure pump!
I should be able to test this pengun soon

There are not much internals yet.
I have yet to make a poppet valve in the back.
And the piston
Prorbably will do this once I get my 1/4th inch gas thread tap.

Is it really fat, or just short?
Whats the diameter on that thing? It looks a bit massive for a pen.

I think its more of a marker gun

Or a "pencil case gun"

Interesting idea - imagine a row of four or five marker guns in a hard pencil case, it will give you concealed multi-shot capability, just like this
cell-phone gun - as a purely academic exercise, of course

looks like it will pretty cool can you give us a pic of it next to a rule?
unfourtunatly just a guess I don't think that you will find a type of rubber to hold that much pressure.
BTW holy shite this will use 200bars? What is your airsourse scuba tank?

Or if that fails, my scuba tank, yep.
