clean, yet serviceable?

due to the fact that my newest piston cannon will not have a round back (oh, the joys of epoxy
), it will not be possible to attach a male/female adapter to make the piston serviceable.
Judging from various supah, and other valves enclosed in a "T" , I should be able to have a pipe pressed against a o-ring, held in place by several screws, and it'll hold a respectable amount of pressure right?
I hate to be stuck with having to use a hacksaw to service my pistons like JSR...
edit: had to change FMJ to JSR ... still stuck in the old spudtech days.... lol
