Ok, yesterday I went to walmart and got an Airstream 7 gallon, 125 psi air carry tank. I went to a lake yesterday and it lasted for hours of shooting, and since the shitty gas station air compressor could only pump in 60 psi, it ran out quicker than I wanted it to, and today it was filled to 90 psi, and it lasted me hours too, and I am glad with it because no more bike pumps(aka no more achy arms

), but tommorrow I am bringing it to a good compressor, so I will have it filled to 125 psi, and the best thing is that it was only $19.94!, So I would recomend it to anyone who is thinking about one. I will have pics up tommorrow for you guys who have no clue what it is. (PS, If you have small, weak arms like me, watch out, it weighs 25-30 LBS).

Does it have a gauge on it? I might consider it for the hybrid I plan on making soon. That would make it fully portable.

Does it come with a hose or any kind of regulator for 20 bucks I'm guessing no but if it did that would be awesome. Any chance on pictures?

Where did you buy the thing from... was it from a local hardware store or online?
Because I was planning to build turrets in my homemade airsoft games XD.

It really depends on how large your cannon is if these things will be very effective or not. If you're shooting a large bore spudder with a medium to large air chamber, you won't get but a hand full of shots out of a full tank of air. If you have a small bore, small chamber gun it will last a long time for sure.
I assume the cannon you're shooting is a smallish chambered model.

I got it in the auto section of walmart, it comes with a 0-200 psi gauge, 3 foot hose, 125psi safety pop off, on/off valve, and a shraeder for filling, it is almost 2 feet long, and almost a foot tall. I was using triggered water bottle rockets with it, as I havent used it with an actual gun yet, With the triggered water rockets, I used a water bottle(duh), and filled it up partialy with water, and I had a shraeder in the bottle cap, then I screwed on the cap, filled to desired pressure, and quickly unscrew the bottle, with a firm grip on the cap. But be careful, I tried it at 100 psi, and as soon as I fired it, the force of the water coming out of the end of the bottle ruptured the bottle. And pics will be up after I eat dinner.

It looks just like this, but it is black and has AIRSTREAM written across the tank in big, red letters. I didnt take any pics because I have to find the camera. And instead of 5 gallon it is 7 gallon.

well then you obviously have not been backpacking lately. I could carry one of those and a few days rations... I just couldn't really run around at that point...

Here's a few tips:
Remove the cheap air-chuck hose and replace it with a coiled 50' hose with quick-disconnects. A QD on the manifold as well will allow you to remove the hose when not needed.
Home Depot sells 11 gallon ones for about 30 bucks, as well. That's the one I've had for a while, although it's getting kind of beaten up
Also, make sure to drain it every now and then.
EDIT: also, how do you fill it? I've broken more than a few bike pumps filling mine before I got an air compressor, and I've even made (and broken) my "StairMaster Pump" filling it as well.
