Just a thought on sprinkler valves

I was wondering whether modding the sprinkler valve to work on a blowgun and leaving the solenoid in then using both at the same time to actuate the valve would make a noticeable difference to performance

Also the fact that it needs electricity to run is not a problem as I have a 24v on board air compressor run by 2 4000Mah lipo batteries
(sorry if this has already been posted I only went through 7 pages before posting

people here tend to only like to use the blow gun. I saw one guy get pretty good results using just the solinoid, but if the majority of people here like using a blow gun, you would probably get better performance with it.

It would be tricky to get them to go at the same time, but I think you would be better off using just a blowgun

You can leave the solenoid in if you want and just not use it, or keep it an offer yourself 2 ways to trigger. However, don't expect performance increases by trying to trigger the solenoid and the blow gun simultaneously...you won't easily be able to do it.

for some reason the text won't show up on the above post no matter how many times I edit it!!!
Any how leave the solinoid in put cannon together, if you are unhappy with the performance you can mod it latter on if you wish

In theory, yes, performance will improve.
In practice, I challenge you to notice the difference.
Put it this way....
If you dump a glass of water into a hot tub, the water level should rise, right?
In theory, yes.
In practice, you'll have to be VERY precise to measure it.

Yep.
If you want a notable increase in performance, just use a better pilot valve.
