So I recently got this regulator off ebay and I just wanted to confirm that it is ok to use with co2 since it doesn't actually say what type of gas it is used for. If anyone knows about this kind of thing any advice would be great. Thanks.

It does mention nitrogen but CO2 should be fine. Be sure to plumb your HP side appropriately to accomodate the CO2 canisters...it doesn't look like it's designed to directly attach.
