Oh Shiz!

this is my first modded sprinkler valve cannon. its primarily used as a smooth bore long range "rifle". it was made as a paintball sniper to be used in skirmishes from long distances on my friends property. this cannon can be broken down into 3 pieces. barrel, valve, chamber. right now im filling it up with a bike pump until i can buy a co2 regulator. then i just unscrew this chamber and put a diff one on

barrel: 3/4 in
chamber: 1 1/4 in
sprinkler: 1 in
silencer: iron wool filled
hosing: 200psi fuel line

any questions just ask.

and i found a tiny leak in the chamber. is there any way to patch it?

well where is the leak?

Nice cannon, next time use teflon on your threads, show vids and dammage pics, oh and i have the same skiing glasses. To stop leaks i like using bondo, or teflon tape as well.

in the shoulder section between the tee and cap. there is teflon on the threads. there is no leaking from there

it looks more like snot, thats not teflon...

you cant see the teflon in any of the pics. the yellow is epoxy to hold the sleeve to the fitting. there is 3/4 in pvc inside it that the barrel gets locked onto

well, if you already glued it you could do one of 2 things. you could put superglue over the leak, that will pretty much melt it closed, however, that will also make a failure-prone weak spot in the chamber. the other option is to cut off the chamber pipe and put a new T assembly on it. other quick-fix options include putting more primer/glue over the leak, and just using good old duct tape, but neither will be permanent i'm sure

and as far as the leak.... JB WELD!!!! lol

DO NOT ever use CO2 in PVC I tried against advice of friends, the co2 when turning from liquid to gas lowers the temperature heaps (someone else probably knows a number) and this in turn turns the PVC brittle which is like shooting it in Antarctica the brittle PVC shatters easily when pressurized and KABOOM you have yourselves an explosion and possible lack of hearing (I was lucky because I only filled it to 30 PSI trying to prove my friends wrong) only use CO2 adapters on metal cannons (if you have a large lower pressure tank at which the CO2 hasn't liquefied yet disregard what I just said)
