here's my cannon which i made a piston that did not seal and unfortunately was unserviceable (i cant open it up except for the cap which is to small for the piston), if anyone can help please help, the chamber is about 2.5 feet of 3" pipe, and the barrel is 1.5 inch pipe that fits golf balls exactly, no room around them at all, but its not sdr21 im not sure what it is really lol the blue tape is a mess up around an old breech loading hole

Some of the pieces you used, are not pressure rated. (The elbow, the reducer, the clean out, and the breech tee at least.)

Trash it and call it a "lesson learned".

Use only pressure rated components for pneumatics.

Look for NSF-PW on the fittings, if you don't find it...don't buy it.

Yeah I agree with Gippeto. It's just not worth it to try and repair it. Take a look around in the How-to's to get some more help with pistons. Also you seemed to have learned the hard way that an unserviceable piston is not the way to go.

Not a bad attempt anyway. look at it this way, the positives are it didn't blow up on you.
