I am about to buy a tap and die set. Very useful since I can machine stuff.
As I live in europe pipe threads are not NPT, but BSP. I found a cheap set with decent quality, but the threads are BSW and not BSP.

BSP is a form of BSW thread, but now I want to know:
Is BSPP (BSP parralel) exactly the same as BSW?

BSP is British standard pipe.
BSPP is British standard pipe parallel (thread is parallel)).
BSPT is British standard pipe taper (thread is tapered)

for the smaller thread sizes (like 1/4") it doesn't matter too much if you mix BSP and BSPT, but above that you start to get problems.

BSW is British standard whitworth which is a screw/bolt thread, not a pipe thread.
