Mate, you've asked this question at least twice already and I've already answered it.

With a tap and teflon tape.

Hm you need a tap ... I would recommend a schrader valve that has 1/4 threads ... then you need to buy a 1/4 npt tap and the corresponding drill for it.Next you will need to drill the hole with the corresponding tap drill, after the hole is drilled use the 1/4 npt tap and start tapping the tank, for tapping you can use either a tap wrench or a normal wrench will do just finee. Make sure that while you are tapping go in a couple threads then back... then in 1 or 2 more threads than last time , then back again (ill explain how if you need more detail). After you have the threads ready put some teflon tape on the schrader valves threads ... and thread it in. Make sure you have atleast 3 or 4 layers of teflon tape to get an Airtight seal....

Also make sure you have a pretty thick wall to get enough threads on there if not you wont get to good of a seal :S

I think this is as dumb proof as it gets?

As a note, you'll find most schrader valves have a 1/8" NPT thread.

By the way, the tap won't be cheap. If it's only for one gun then you might as well remove the rubber from a schrader and epoxy it into your chamber.

Some things boom missed:

Tap through two layers of PVC (eg. In a coupler)
Always use grease when tapping PVC
Take your time to tap the hole very straight.

You might be better off to go the cheap method

O well all my taps have gone right without it.. but it won't do anything to damage it in the future I guess

For tapping in PVC you really don't need a tap.

Just take a piece of scrap PVC and drill a couple different size holes in it. Take your threaded part and screw it into the holes. The hole that it fits the snuggest in, and hence cuts the best threads, tells you what the best size drill bit is.

A tap is better and quicker but really not needed for a threaded metal part into PVC.
