In this topic, i was told that i needed an air hole to get a pressure reference , but i found a pcp link that tells that there is no need of any kind of air hole, just a spring and o-rings.

Have you seen this presentation?
Also, since you're not using particularly high pressure, why not just buy one? I still happen to have these available

sorry demon
if you understand how regulator works .....
in the other thread the reg2 paint shows the reg with hole
but u can use the same design without hole if you can make a absolutly tight seal to the sprimg area
a tiny leak and a pressure uprise in the spring area ---> outputpressure wil change
also you can use a air spring insteat of the normal steelspring
what you need is an absolut constant force from spring and this include the pressure

edit why not a hole? 1mm is ok
let show the other specs of your design please what is ID of
the chamber

The trick here is that it as to fit in a cooper pipe. Also, since you're not using particularly high pressure, why not just buy one? I still happen to have these available
But its alright, i get what is the disadvantage of not using an air equalising hole.
