anyways i tried to make a glider drone that would be shot out of 1.5" PVC barrel...
my first 3 prototypes failed horribly... lol

Why?

Did you use sch40? i use drain waste 4" (much lighter) so it makes for a 1.9 meter wingspan

cool im from BC.
my "drones" were really ghetto they were designed to fit inside my cannon which has a 1.5" (41mm) barrel that is 20" long. the drone was intended to fin inside the 1.5" barrel and be only 6"-12" long and glide several hundred feet.

NEW DESIGN
my new design is meant to be fired up several hundred feet and stream video while parachuting down. i suck with electronics and computers so i will get some one else to do that part for me

Very nice but, you havent got a tail fin and the wing are under horizontal.
I visit occasionally to make unrelated posts.
