Been a work in progress for days now. i still need to apply clear coat/laquer. It is a single shot propane operated pneumatic. The chamber is very small(its the silver T behind the ball valve). To fill, you hold the propane with an airsoft propane adapter connected upside down, press down the bottle on the fill valve, then you are ready to fire. here is the fill valve
http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info ... s_id=27269 . I got this Idea from green gas powered airsoft pistols. this is what the propane looks like with the adapter
http://www.airsoft.com/images/Green-Gas ... apater.jpg . I will make a video on how to fill/use it later to make it a little more clear.

Neither, I have an airsoft green gas fill valve on the chamber. the chamber is only the T fitting. there is a plug on one end of the T, fill valve on the other end of the T, then the firing valve on the other. ill draw up a quick MS paint diagram for ya

Okay, so this works just like an airsoft gas gun. you take the propane with the propane adapter, hold it upside down, put the nozzle up to the fill valve, push down, hold for a sec, then the gun is full. then you just pull teh trigger(open BV), then the liquid propane expands into a gas, therefore expelling the projectile. its VERY simple, and i get 1 shot per fill.
Same concept, just imagine that the Magazine in the video is My gun.

Very nice. People might tell you to spring load the ball valve, but if they
don't give you a link, here's one as a backup.

Let's hope that works.

Im not going to spring load it, it works perfect as is:). I have a gun with a spring loaded BV on the site somewhere from around 2 years ago. BTW i have a bunch of new pics and a video, and i removed the plug on the T and added an empty 12 gram co2 cartridge that i flared out on the end as my chamber. It has ALOT of power with my homemade pellets(I penetrated 1/2 plywood at 10 feet

). The new video is still uploading, so it will be up soon

Nicely finished, but I think you an work on it being more practical

It's a shame because for all the effort you put into it, looks like it could be better in terms of power. Also, maybe there's some way you could incorporate the pressure can into the design to speed up the chamber refilling process, also incorporating a magazine as well.
With a bit of thought you could even make it pump-action where each pump refills the chamber while allowing a new projectile into the breech.
Still, good job

i can normally fill it up in roughly 1 second, but my propane tank was REALLY low, so i had to switch to the shitty duster gas lol And now i think about it i will probably spring load it, just to c the power diference. when i have a full tank of propane, this thing rips straight thru the bottom of the can and out thru the top, and i also shot it thru plywood(with homemade metal pellets not the plastic ones)

Given that airsoft is a popular hobby in the UK, I'm sure you can find all the relevant paraphernalia locally

if it's real power you want however, I would strongly recommend investing in a paintball HPA/CO2 setup.
