would a standard blowgun not suffice?

A blowgun would fit that space more readily than a hammer valve. With careful trigger control, you could get multiple shots.

yeah but blowguns get really hard to push when you increase the pressure, and my old blow gun tore itself when i was threading it in. recently ive been using presta valves and hitting them with my thumb, but i want this rifle to come out the best i can make it.

what sort of pressures are you using? a standard blowgun should handle ~400 psi

well up to 800psi but every blowgun ive been using gets pretty hard at 300

Have a look here.

I'm not positive that it would fit your space requirements, as the website only lists the length of it, but I'm erring on the side that it will. And at only $15 USD, it's not very expensive.
