Hey every one.

At the moment I been having some trouble with mounting the trigger and I was wondering if anyone had some helpful ideas for mounting it. It is currently mounted on with hot glue but it cant handle the stress from the striker when I lock it in place and then the trigger falls off the gun. The reason why i use hot glue because it is easy to remove when I have trouble with the striker or if i need to remove the striker but i need something that is more easy to remove and it is durable.

Any ideas?

you could use epoxy in place of hot glue, or straighten out a peace of copper pipe and solder it in the same way you already have the clear plastic.

It would work but it needs to be removable

mabey you can solder brass nuts to the side of you pipe and have a bolt braket. its not a super strong but should hold.

I got another idea but its to hard to explain so ill post a picture soon thats if it works

well i think you should flatten out copper pieces and solder them together and epoxy it for strength

the flatten out copper is a good ideabut iv decided to go with something different so here it is:

ahhh hows it holding up now ? and what is the greyish stuff applied to the top of the metal plate?

its holding up really good the grey stuff is like JB weld but its called Selleys steel need it and its like a putty that you have to kneed like dough and then you apply it to the surface

How about a couple of hose clips round the copper tube, remove the bolt and nut and replace with a longer bolt that goes through the trigger housing and into the hose clips. Nice and easy to remove if needs be.

that was my next idea if this one fails but I like this design beacasue it looks neat and tidy than hose clamps
