Cannon Specs:

27mm
semi/full auto (select fire, kinda.)
Blow back breech
7 round detachable spring loaded magazine
Main Valve: 1'' sprinkler valve, piloted by a pop off valve.

yeah i forgot the bipod screw. lol.

Blow back is now explained via a picture in the original post.

Nice.

You know... If you used a 3 way valve for the trigger, you would have true semi auto.

And an air cylinder would make it cycle (better?). And if you hooked it up to a fridge compressor...

ty. in the spirit of KISS during prototyping, the breech was held together with tape. lol

It exploded several times. very fun. After i got it working, i glued everything down. No more explosions.

lol @ the detent, love it :) very nice overall, needs some tweaking but kudos on ghettting see what I did there it to work, brilliant!
