What do you think , tips and pointers?

legend :
blue is piston sealing face / 1/2 flared nipple
black is 1/2 tee
orange is piston
red is 1/2 nipple in a 1/2 connector piece
green is bushing reducer 1/2 to 1/4
grey is 1/4 male tee with end filled with solder
purple is schrader valve soldered into the tee
yellow is 1/4 hose barbs with 3/8 tubing connecting the two
light blue is a pistol blowgun - note there's a piece taken out the top for exhaust

i know the tubing from the tee to the bottom of the blow gun increases pilot volume but it should be alright

piston seat bigger than piston wont work fire, you can also cut pilot volume, but using an 90 in place of the cross and putting fill valve in the bottom of the blow gun

also the barrel port could be much bigger

Or, you use a tee instead of a cross. I suppose it would work, but my only problem is the same as you Crna. Piston won't work because the sealing face is too small. I figured that out with my hot glue piston, which I gave up on because it pissed me off too much

Use a tee with a schrader in the back port and put the other kind of blowgun (non pistol grip) in the bottom port of the tee. Diagram if you'd like.
