make a BQE-04 qev seals.

Hi everybody at first I want to apologize for my english...
I bought a BQE-04 on ebay, so it's a qev with 1/2" ports.
it seems to be great but I want to fill my gun through the chamber.
To make the diaphragm seal again after each shoot I put a spring behind it.
My problems are when release the air from the chamber to the qev to be ready to shoot, all the air exit through the barrel cause the qev wasn't sealed properly why???
any ideas?
Ps my pilot is a blow gun and i'm pretty sur it's proof with the qev!

Did you make a small (small, really small, a pin hole) hole in the outer side of the diaphragm to be able to equalise?

No i didn't, i gona try.
But a qev isn't already done to equalise?

The diaphragm is a cup seal, it lets air go from the pilot to the chamber, but if air tries to go from the chamber to the pilot, it will press against the walls and not let it in.

Remember, very small pin hole.

i made the hole, with a really small nail and it's working now!
