this is not my designie i seen it on youtube i was un able to find the vid again so i drawed sum pics of it closed/open



idk its prolly better that a solenoid valve but its up 2 u

the spring pushes the pin back and the flow of air alsp pushes it back herp

More of a hammer valve than an exhaust valve, but yeah, it should work if you can make it. Calculate the pressure keeping the thing closed first to have at least a vague idea of what sort of hammer strength you're going to need.
