EDIT: Ignore the shooting video, ive tested it with a snugger projectile and power is much greater. Can easily go right through 2 drinks cans and almost right through the wax you see in the video.

Hi there. Watched this forum on and off for about 2 years so its about time i should post something. :D

Specs:

Outer Tube is 10mm OD and 8mm ID - Stainless Steel
Barrel is 5mm OD and 2.6ish mm ID - Steel
Piston is hot glue with a 3mm neoprene rubber head
Valve is 8mm schrader, one of the clamp in ones cut down.

Epoxied with West Systems stuff.

Not to sure how long the barrel is, didn't measure before epoxying in :V its roughly 12cm.

Been shooting pencil lead (self lubricating ammo :P) and byro pen nibs - Both work quite badly and i need to get some bbs or some 2.5mm rod.

That looks great, as you said 2.5mm bearings should work better. Was the test shot at 400 psi?

Yes at 400 psi with a 1.8mm nib and toilet paper wadding.

Good stuff :) I also see you have already developed a sense of nonchalance with regards to your bedroom furniture, the mark of a true epoxy inhaling spudder :D

No seam but the projectile was crap - Found a 2.4 mm nib and it fired through 2 soup cans 4 layers in total :)

Sadly i went to a music festival and it was in my bag (forgot to take it out after showing a friend) and it was up North and got to -16 in the night  I think the cold broke the epoxy seal at the front as it has a sligh leak now, gotta fix it :V

nice job with the all steel :) Don't worry about the leak, when mine developed one, all I did was dremel out 80% of the epoxy in the front and re-poured it. Did you scratch up the outside of the barrel and inside of the chamber before you poured the epoxy?

Oh great, now I'm reading all your posts in the voice of a Cornish miner in a Cornish mine speaking Cornish.
