Hi everybody, I bought a drill press last weekend so I decided to try this out.
But I don´t need any piston right now and I got a lot of nylon block from a friend, so I thought I would try to make my own 3 way 2 position valve
Can´t belive I actually did it , I almost got this thing finished only missing one more piston and a cap.
Here are some pictures, not going to use more than 10 bar so I´m pretty sure it won´t explode

Finished! I´m so proud of myself this is the second time I use the drill press and I think I did great 8) (the first time I turned some aluminium/nylon to choose witch tools I should use as the blade and see witch speed I should use).
The valve leaks a little when changing the flow, but very little as I can press the stem fast.

And it works great, now I only have to decide the size of thread I should use.

Very nice work, if you can get a nice chunk of aluminum I'm sure it could take a few hundred psi. I thought about making one of these if I could get a suitable body material.
