Solenoid actuated hammer valve

My 12v DC solenoid is working
Now I´m using it to pilot my chamber-seal piston repeater 8)
The video shows the system in function, also you can see the piston moving
The circuit testing part is for Dewey-1, it´s still not working in full auto mod

also take a close look at 2:15, it fires both when I press/release the trigger

thats
so awesome
are you going to have a bolt system moved by the solenoid or are you going for a simple T-mag?

The test was done at 60 psi...
I´m going to run this at least 200 psi

so I will have more than enough air to use a blowback

u r really really awesome ...
and ,can i ask you a question?
How many shots do you get with that tank , in 40bar?
i still want to do 1 like that,
(i don't want to make qev+slide valve or 3 way valvebecause i don't have pressure regulator and hpa tank,so your design is best for me, ...

The best thing about that system is that you loose very little air, as it does NOT exhaust the full pilot air, a slide or 3-way always exhaust all the pilot air. I did the test, my system makes 1/3 more shots.
For your question, I don´t have answer

never really finished shooting all the air, normally after 30-40 shots I remove the flow stoper from the blowgun and finish the air with one big shot

wow
i watched video
and i think you only can shot 3 or 4 times
that s stupid
i still can't make a "pop off" valve like your , sometime it doesn't work, sometime it "Bang" and run out off air
i will try again
thks for help

I only shot 3-4 times, because my neighbores can´t stand de noise

Even through it's working great now, I realise that I will need a big chambar, so if I want to make this PCP style, I will need to build a inline regulator, I know how they works, my concern is making a reliable and functional one on my drill press

damn I want a lathe!

It's cool but not very practical at this stage, because it lets too much air out... but still cool. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll do with it.

It let's too much air out because I'm controlling the solenoid manually, with the control circuit that Dewey-1 had designed for me, the shortest valve opening width is only 50ms, and wil allow me to switch between semi/full auto, also the fire rate. And this thing at 100psi has the same noise as my hammer valve at 30bar... So power is not a problem.

Ok cool, I still think you will need a large air tank

i was looking at these valves on ebay for the exact same purpose, but i wasnt sure if they pushed or pulled :/ anyway could you tell me which valve you bought? this would solve so may problems in my design, such as trigger placement and working out a hammer mech etc
