Need help on building my first pneumatic cannon

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

Well I have a couple basic potato guns built but I see many people build cannons using CO2 powered/ Compressed Air. I myself know nothing on how to build a pneumatic powered cannon and would like some help on getting the knowledge to do so. I would like to make one where i can use threaded co2 tanks like the one people use on paintball guns. Can anyone point me in the direction where to start. Videos would be awesome if there are any, and parts lists also. Thank you very much to anyone who helps me.

There is a place called Spudfiles and if i recall correctly it has a section about pneumatics.
Where's my Chuck key?
