I get a "You cannot give reputation so soon. You may try again later." message when trying to +1 certain users, even though I wouldn't have done it in more than a day. Is there an arbitrary ceiling?

Humm... interesting that it seems stuck.

I'd look into this further, but SF should be undergoing some upgrades in the near future (wink wink) which will alter many of these systems currently in place. It will certainly be fixed then.

Indeed. :D I use hugo's forums quite a bit and other than being able to post in Markdown it's garbage.

I do think it's better to stick with free software though. phpBB's pretty good and has been around forever.
