Just wanted to share a valuable resource with any others out there looking for a good tightbore barrel. McMaster Carr have these in stock

Just need to de-burr the cut ends with a fine grit sandpaper when it arrives.

Nope. It's a very airtight fit, but a bearing can still drop through under gravity alone. Very close tolerences.
