it stands for Milk Cap Piston Cannon. this was a test cannon to see how well i could build a simple piston cannon, it works quite well, the chamber is 1 1/2" which the milk caps fit PERFECTLY in, the barrel is 1/2". i fire it by putting on the quick connect and opening the ball valve i have on my air line, then i close the ball valve, and quickly pull off the quick connect fitting. it has put batteries through the bottom of a coffee can.
