SpudGun Jobs?

Is there a realistic and practical job that need skills of making a pneumatic / combustion guns other then selling them?

Basically the same (innate) skills you need to design a spudgun apply very well to mechanical engineering. I believe the quality of the gun reflects how skilled an engineer the builder is. Of courese this is affected by availability of tools, cash, etc. YOu still need to have a lot more schooling to build a bridge than a gun though.

Well, understanding pneumatic systems plus having the craftsmanship skills aquired in the process can be useful. For example, right now I'm working on assembling a Kegerator from scratch, the only components I need to buy being the tap and faucet.... Yippee!

If someone want t buy a spud gun, the only thing he'll be looking at is how it looks.No one will be interested in a coke bottle hybrid no matter that it can penetrate far more then an air rifle.GGDT sad thet the battery travels with 250m/s.The air rifle's 5.5mm ammo travels with 150m/s.

my air rifle is 1000 feet per second,they dont have velocity limits in south africa,they only care about it being .177 cal.
And in other news i took my gun to school today (it was a school project ,hehe) and now every body wants to buy them off me! i could make a crap load of money but i am still thinking about it.my new design is super simple and i am wanting to try and make it over the next few days.I am also finding it really hard to pump up my chamber to more that 60 psi with my small bike pump.

One day I was shooting my potato gun and the neighbor called the cops on me saying I was building a pipe bomb and putting it on a stand and shooting wood.(first of all WTF lol)The cop came and sall what it was and he was very impressed, the ladie came over and started yelling her head off, then the cop sayed ladie, when you build something that can put a potato thougth Plywood every time, then complaine. This kid is very ingenous and you should go back in your house and go knit or something and leave this kid alone. LMAO she was pissed. I ened up makeing one for the cop. So, ppl think that we "spudders" are stupid, but if you take the time and look we are some of the smartest and ingenious people around. When you say "o i could build something better" Build a thing to shoot potatos thought plywood then we will talk.

My neighbor is a cop and he doesn't care what I build, he's seen my potato gun. I've shot it in his backyard, cops just don't care. I should try the drug lord thing, sounds fun.

i have this old german guy living next door,it pisses him off when i shoot my air rifle,he says i am scaring the poop out of his dogs but that is just an excuse,this one time he was shouting at me and my freind and he stuck his hand through the electric fence to point at us,he shocked the poop out of himself and me and my freind were laughing at him

cool cop, i thinkl the hurricane window tester is the only plausable job for spud guns.
off topic : the drug lord thing is funny, but if taken wrong will lead to a long search...my friend was pulled over and the cop saw his keys, he has a scuba tank key ring that unscrews on the bottom. ( probley to hid things in ) when the cop asked for it he said theres no drugs in it, then the cop has suspision of drugs being in the car and had it searched w/ k-9...took about 2.5 hours total

I would cry laughing if an old man electricuted himself on a fence yelling at me.
