I am building a aluminium/copper gun but my problem now is how I should join the female thread adapter to the barrell, attaching the bushing to the chamber, endcap to the chamber and is just putting teflon tape on threads able to hold pressure yet make the barrell detachable as well?[/list]

Yeah teflon will hold the pressure, you will just need to replace it after every time you take it apart

would using metal epoxy work? I saw a pack that says it can hold up to 1500psi once it has cured for 24 hrs. and btw, is just using pvc solvent cement safe for a pneumatic? The guy at the hardware shop says it doesn't need primer..plus it cheap.Only SGD$2.20 a small can.
