.43 cal paintball barrel?

I am currently designing a pneumatic around .43 cal. paintballs. can anyone tell me what would be the best pipe size for a barrel? Or if If i should just switch to .68 cal. paintballs. (which i really dont want to)

those r going to get a bit expensive dont you think?

but whatever....i think you should go with .68... but tery 1/2 cpvc....ill go find the inside diameter..

edit...yea thats what i thought...

its goign to be a little big but here is the closest fitting pipe i could find(1/2 cpvc)

and its 0.469" id

Here are some choices from McMaster Carr
36" barrel (Part #8978K143): $6.29
72" barrel (Part #8978K595): $9.71

Both of these barrels have an ID of .43", and an OD of .5". A perfect barrel.

Make sure to buy a compression fittings (part #50915K328, for $3.17, will work perfectly. It has 1/2" NPTF threads)
