First off this was going to be my first spudgun, but I lost ambition. So, you can build it for me.
Parts
3 or 4” ABS Pipe
Notebook Paper
Styrofoam
Wood
Long screws
Flyback transformer
Magnets- Preferably ceramic
1. Cut out 2 wood plugs to fit inside the pipe.
2. Secure one in it bottom of the pipe, file the other so that it can freely slide up and down the pipe.
3. Drill a series of holes in the filed plug.
4. On the filed plug secure a magnet (north up), do the same on the one in the bottom of the pipe so that the magnet is on the side that is in the pipe (north up).
5. Put the filed plug down the barrel, and it should be levitating above the other plug, now find the bottom of where the levitating plug is resting and drill small holes (1/8 – 3/16) in the pipe around the bottom of the floating plug. Note: The holes should not be covered by the levitating plug just sitting there with no load.
6. Drill holes in plug in bottom of pipe to put 2 screws in (make sure that the screws also go into the levitating plug).
7. Hook up flyback to screws, and cover them with electrical tape.
8. Make a simple bipod with 2 pieces of wood.
9. Celebrate that your cannon is finished; now be ready to make ammo.
10. Cut a 6” piece of the pipe you used to make your barrel to make the ammo.
11. Place an egg suspended by string in the middle of the mold.
12. Spray expanding foam into it, and let it set.
13. Cut the cylinder in half to get egg out.
14. Take notebook paper and rap it around the cylinder and tape it to it.
15. Spray hair spray in the paper; fold the paper so that it is flat on the bottom.
16. Celebrate you finishing the ammo with giving the cannon with a test firing.
I think that is everything, if anyone does do this please tell me and give vids:)
ill be here for questions or improvements
