Fire Extinguisher Tank

I have a small extinguisher tank and Im wondering how do I take off the handle bit? Any advice is appreciated

Some of them thread off (try a wrench), some of them pop straight off, there may be other types too.
What type of extinguisher? Can you post a pic?

Ok it was a twist top lol I could hardly twist it
