This is my new, fantastic cannon. It is based around a QEV. Unfortunately, it was unexpectedly loud, causing my parental unit to be pissed (EDIT: since remedied).
anyway, instead of another 6,000 words, here are pics (i hope someone gets that)

Hi- i was going to boil the handle in oil (how i made the nifty barrel mount) and bend it, but it comfy enough as is. maybe ill do that later. ater grinding the trigger its much better.

Flying_Salt- ZOMG!!! no, way!i was just talking to someone at my intern-ly job, and i said, i need a name, but not a normal name, an acronym maybe. or something like Steve...

great minds think alike ey?

That is one of the sweetest marble cannons on here! The only thing that upsets me, I'm buildng a marble gun just like this. (People prolly won't be as impressed...) Mine uses a piston valve though.

Thanks guys, it means alot to me. i was originally going to build something like this out of copper and make it 200 psi or so, but then i ran out of funding, and my prototype piston was terrible. i wanted to get it machined out of Aluminum. and the ipod was dead. bad hard drive

EDIT: crap, i posted this in discussion. can a mod put it in showcase?
